Access

A lift to all floors complements the stairs and ensures convenience for those with luggage, young children, the elderly and the disabled. In addition there are ramps from the different parking levels to the lifts for disabled access.

Free parking is available for residents.

The following has been put in place to provide 24-hour security for residents:-

Njema Court has a fully equipped fitness centre open from 6am to 9pm on weekdays, 8am to 8pm on Saturdays & 10am to 5pm on Sundays. Gym services include:

Utilities:

  • A standby power generator ensures uninterrupted power supply in the common areas in the event of unscheduled cuts by the service provider.
  • An on-site borehole supplements the municipal mains water supply.
  • Comprehensive fire safety equipment

On Site Management

An on-site management office and maintenance support team assisted by a live-in caretaker all help to swiftly address any areas of concern you may have.
